“Yeah, well, you make it sound like you’re an old hag.” Shuichi wasn’t the best at deciding what was appropriate to say and what wasn’t. This usually got him in trouble; this wouldn’t be an exception. 

“Would you care to repeat that brat?” She growled, pointed teeth made to look even more dangerous by the tone that dripped from her voice. She certainly wasn’t that old by her standards; and she knew for a fact that she didn’t look anywhere near as old as she was.

“H-hey! What’s with that look just now?” Shuichi stared at her teeth, swallowing hard. He imagined that being bitten by her might be much like being at the head of a shark attack. “Don’t look so menacing!"
