“What do you mean, is it?” She didn’t know what was illegal and what wasn’t? Shuichi was becoming more and more suspicious of her by the moment.
"I suppose laws are another thing I haven’t really bothered to keep track of. Now then I never got your name, what is it?” She needed to hear it to decide if it was going to stick or not. She was certain she had enough room in her flat to keep a pet, and a human shouldn’t be too hard to care for after all.
“Oh, right. I never gave you my name.” Shuichi wasn’t so sure that he should give out his real name. If she was one of those crazy fans that was out to rip out a chunk of his hair and sell it on the side of the street, he could end up really regretting it. “… I’m Shuichi.” He settled on giving just his given name.
