“Oh, right. I never gave you my name.” Shuichi wasn’t so sure that he should give out his real name. If she was one of those crazy fans that was out to rip out a chunk of his hair and sell it on the side of the street, he could end up really regretting it. “… I’m Shuichi.” He settled on giving just his given name.
“Shuichi…alright.” She replied, testing out his name on her tongue. It would take her a bit to get used to it, but it seemed to fit. Yes, he could keep his name. Now how to get him back to her flat without getting into trouble; that was the real question of the moment. She didn’t see anything wrong with having a pet, at least until she could train him to be a better human. “Do you have a nickname or anything?”
“Not really. Some of friends call me Shu, I guess, but it’s a little weird for someone I just met to call me that.” Why was she asking, anyways? She did look rather foreign. Maybe she didn’t familiar with Japanese names.
